Equipment Group: 1 year, 1 month agoThey keep the bikes further from the car than some other ‘on the back’ racks. Easy to fold down nice and small when off the car. The arms are pretty chunky, so don’t always fit unusual size/shape frames. I’d say really good for road bikes, maybe not so good for full suss MTB’s. We’ve gto [...]

The Lounge (aka Banter): 1 year, 3 months agoThe good thing about the Pro II is it’s a great hub, and also most decent shops will have spares for it in stock, so if you have a problem (failry unlikely) it can be fixed quickly.

Mid Wales Riders Group: 1 year, 4 months agoReally not worth it, tried doing a loop to the south of the ranges to incorporate the southern edge of the Epynt way. Ended up doing most of that section on the road inside the range (it was a sunday, and not a firing day). The Epynt Way in places doesn’t exist, except as a [...]

Bargains and offers: 1 year, 4 months agoGood news! Hopefully it will only take 8 weeks for planning. Our application for Van Rd was submitted in June and we are still waiting. If you are involved watch out for things like environmental impact surveys (especially those perskin dormice!), these can add lots of extra time.
Who is funding it?

Cwmcarn trail news and discussions: 1 year, 5 months agoTook about two hours yesterday. Plenty of stopping, bantering, three runs of the freeride (and I’m finally managing to actually jump the tabletops and land on the downslope), a little bit of falling off and a mince down the bottom section of the downhill.
