God that was hard – first ever 100 km enduro, ridden in 7:15 actual time, not sure of ride time as my Garmin says 3:45 and an average speed of 17.5 mph – I wish! Stopped every hour or so for some solid food so knock off 35-40 minutes I guess. But without those stops [...]

Also thoroughly enjoyed the ride. Did the 71 km in 3.45 ish, no mechanicals and no punctures – unlike last year…

Legs feel good today

Matt, I did the same – how did you get on? I managed 3.45. Thought that last off-road climb (read steep muddy walk) was a bit much, even at the beginning of the ride that would be difficult . Legs felt good, even the TT bit at the end.

I thought you’d entered Chris so was going to look out for you . I’m driving down as well Sunday morning, but not as far to drive as yourself.

I’ll be there, signed up on Sunday night and have rider no 627 . Riding the 71 km as a practice for the Afan Monster in another two weeks time.

Nope you can pick up the individual items – my LBS said they could even sell me a single shifter at a time – but I reckon they would of kept the other in its box waiting for when I was ready to buy it!
